Love the customer service!! The few times I've had to contact them through live chat (Operator malfunction 💁🏻‍♀️ 🤣🤗 Not the app) they were very courteous and helpful explaining EVERYTHING to me and made sure anything ( I was doing wrong lol) was 100% resolved and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Most "customer service Representatives" I've ever had to speak to on any app is SUPER quick to get rid of you and half 🫏 do their job. It is the complete opposite here. I feel that is one of the most important things when putting money into something whether it be for entertainment or investment purposes. Would definitely recommend 😁😁

The amount I have deposited and barely won a thing not happy

Excellent on all points as far as vip treatment and customer service. The games are sometimes glitching especially when u get on a roll but it’s part of it. Even in Vegas pit bosses will come and try to throw u off with different dice or cards or just a cool down so it’s not just them. Isobel,Heather,Sabrina and Dylan are beyond helpful and no matter the time they are there to help with 5000 dollar cashouts to missing spins or 20 cents you were suppose to receive
